ERA Titletown Agents receive a commission from the transaction. We'll split it with you, meaning you'll receive a percentage* of your home's purchase price back after closing...in cash, so you can spend or save it as you see fit.

And yes, if you're buying and selling through ERA Titletown, you can get the refund for both transactions! We always appreciate customer loyalty, so why shouldn't you?

Do I have to work with a specific agent?

Absolutely not! You can request any ERA Titletown agent, or, if the options are too daunting, we can recommend one for you.

How do I get started?

If your company is already enrolled in the program (see list at left) just give us a call before you list your home or begin your search and be sure to mention your interest in the Cashback Program. We'll take care of you from there.

If your company does not yet offer this benefit, kindly mention it to your HR department and notify us that you're interested in learning more (we're always open to extending the reach of this benefit).
